The foundation is a raft in slab supported by columns reinforced with concrete bored piles anchored to hard rock. Super structure consists of reinforced concrete shear walls, Columns, Beams and slabs. The structure frame has been designed to withstand wind pressure and moderate earthquakes. Wall panels are filled with approved, quality common clay bricks.

Living, dining, bedrooms and balconies have smooth ceilings, coated with emulsion paint. Pantry, bathrooms, drying yard, maid’s room, and store areas have suspended ceilings finished with emulsion paint.

All internal walls are finished with smooth plaster and painted with emulsion paint.

All external walls are finished with semi rough plaster and five coats of weather protective paint (Seal flex or similar).

Living, dining, bedrooms and pantry floor areas are finished with porcelain polished floor tiles. Balconies, maid’s room, store room and yard areas are finished with semi rough porcelain tiles. The entire bathroom floor is finished with non slip ceramic tiles.

Bathroom walls are finished with glazed ceramic wall tiles up to the ceiling with attractive border tiles.

All doors are made in solid timber with polished/paint finish.

All windows and sliding windows will be made out of polyester powder coated aluminium / glass.
